SUMMER president's Message

Greetings From "El Presidente"

It's been a fairly active Spring in the el presidente house. We have a Falcon For Sale, a space at Carlisle All Ford Show, and a Long-Distance Trophy from Le Bon Temps Chapter Regional (see picture attached) and it's not Summer, yet!

Le Bon Temps Chapter Regional was a fun time, nice weather, a turn-out of about 45 Falcons, and a drive there of 1195 miles! Our '65 Convertible did great, and we discovered a very nice route on our way home. The Natchez Trace Parkway runs from Natchez Mississippi to the southside of Nashville, TN, 445 miles of No stop signs, No signals, and NO Semi-trucks! A very nice drive to put the top down and get a sunburn.

I hope you have your reservations made and entry fees in for the FCA National in Pittsburg(h) July 10-12. Remember that Mrs. and Mr. el are hosting a wine tasting on Thursday the 10th. Tickets at registration and are gonna go fast!

We are planning to drive to Pittsburg(h) on Wednesday the 9th. Call me at 301-803-0433 to join the Migration. Come and find out about Next July's FCA National Convention...

All the best!

Mike Garrett
